Unfortunately as of right now refunds & returns are not accepted as this time, please keep that in mind before ordering. I will NOT be able to refund you or take back an item.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS: My products are always in perfect condition before shipping off, and are In bubble envelopes to ensure the items safety. I am not held responsible for what happens to my products after they are shipped off. I also take proof of videos to show the item was in perfect new condition before being sent off to the buyer.
THAT BEING SAID: *If the buyer is unhappy with this, and an item arrives damaged from shipping or over time your earring falls apart, at the buyers expense they can have the item shipped back, and repaired. And shipped out again. But buyer will have to pay all costs of shipping. But the repair would be free.
