Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with untracked & tracked shipping, shipped off by Canada posts. It will take up to 3-7 business days to ship off an order. If your order is an item made after you order, please allow up to two weeks at latest for it to ship off.

I am NOT held responsible if an item goes missing or gets stolen with untracked shipping. If this is a concern for you please check out with Tracked shipping and stay up to date with your order. Again I am a small business, just one person and make these items by hand. They are not easily replaceable and this is up to the buyers choice on what shipping option they want to choose.
